Mission Statement

The Spirit of My Mission

For ye are as a corpuscle in the body of God; thus a co-creator with Him, in what ye think, in what ye do. And ye change each soul ye contact, literally or mentally – insofar as ye, as an individual entity, are witness for or against thy Lord, thy God….

 -- Edgar Cayce reading 2794-3  (Edgar Cayce Foundation, A.R.E. Press 1909 )

  • I am a servant of God and I am to be of service to His people.
  • I am to help others awaken to His truth and encourage them to get back on the right path.
  • I am to Love my fellow brothers and sisters and assist  the one's that want and need help.

  • God creates perfection!
  • We were made perfect in God's Eyes
  • Disease is man made
  • Disease is not God made.
  • God did not create your problem, you did.
  • Your disease manifested by your actions how you live, eat and breathe.
  • God gave you free will.
  • The choice is yours to live right

The Temple Beautiful

But know that thy body is indeed the Temple of the Living God. And He has promised to meet thee. Keep that body as the Temple of God. Supply it with all the beauties as ye would a physical service to Him that ye would honor most-in thy heart, in thy body, in thy mind, in thy purpose. And let it ever be with that spirit of truth as manifested in Him “ I go unto the Father, that where I am ye may be also” It may be thine now if ye will accept it.

-- Edgar Cayce reading 2794-3  (Edgar Cayce Foundation, A.R.E. Press 1909 )

  • As an NTP I want to assist others in finding harmony and balance in their life
  • As an NTP I want others to know that there is a better way to live and enjoy life by living right and doing what is good for the Mind, Body and Spirit.

My focus as a NTP is to be of service to others and to help them become aware of the contributing factors to disease, and how disease is a creation of Man.

  • Negligent agriculture practices (depleted soils)
  • The poisons, toxins and contaminants that are in our air, water & foods.
  • The over-processing and refinement of the foods that we eat.
  • The empty chemical additives for flavor, fillers and preservatives that are added to our foods to make them taste better and have a longer shelf live.
  • Over processed and refined foods breakdown in the body as a simple carbohydrate = sugar.
  • Over processed and refined foods are causing stress, detriment and disease to our bodies.
  • Over processed and refined foods have no nutrient value
  • The inhumane living conditions of livestock and the feeding of GMO processed refined foods and how this trickles down to us
  • The diseased livestock that are fed antibiotics and inoculated because they live in filth, and how this trickles down to us.
  • The livestock that is fattened up before the slaughter with hormones and refined processed foods and how this trickles down to us.
  • How our lifestyles and environment are causing great stresses or stressors to our Minds, Body's and our Spirits.
  • I want others to know that theses stresses / stressors  are the cause of disease.
  • Many are still to caught up in the mundane world and in thinking these are the normal ways of life.  Either they just don't know or care.  But, It is not so..
  • As a society we are malnourished from empty foods and the finely tuned homeostasis balance of our bodies are out of sync.

My Mission as I so choose, is to share knowledge, educate and advocate for others so they can Awaken Within

The Choice is Yours

About Me

This is my Story

“Physician, Heal Thyself” (Jesus; Luke 4:23)

Genetics and Lifestyle

My mother had Type 1 diabetes, juvenile onset from the age of 9 and used pork insulin while I was invitro. I was born by C-section in 1964.

I was born with severe jaundice and my skin color was black. I was given a blood transfusion at birth to cleanse and purify my blood. My liver was overburdened from acidic blood due to my mother's diabetes and the use of insulin, to control her blood sugar dysregulations.

I am not blaming my mother for my life with diabetes, because Mom was not in the know about diabetes back then and she existed and adapted as well as she could with her disease.

I love my mother, she passed at the young age of 68 yrs old in March 2012 from congestive heart and kidney failure.  I dedicate this website to Her.  Mom, myself and others who suffer from this slow progressive, debilitating disease are the main focus for my advocacy and research into what the cause of diabetes is.

I am not blaming my mother for my life with diabetes, because ""Genetics loads the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger" (Bray, 1998).

Connecting the Dots to Disease

Through this research, I have been able to "Connect the Dots to Disease" and in my findings there is "One", Source Root Cause.  The root cause of disease is = "Simple Carbohydrates", that metabolize in the body as SUGAR and it is a domino effect from there, with many tentacles.

As we go down the rabbit holes together on this site, you will see the connection to disease too, but only if you have the eyes to see it and want to know.  Just know, that once your eyes have been opened, there will be no going back.

So bare with me on this site, as I write a lot of information.  I will be linking resource information for you the reader to further your education and be in the know too.

I have a High School and Military education,  I not a rocket scientist, or doctor, so the read will be easy as I put the information in layman's terms.

I am an inquisitive person and want to know who, what, why, where and when. I have a certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner 2024 graduate of the NTA.   And, from my certification I have an understanding of how the body works from a functional - foundational approach of nutrition.

Now that I have found the source of my disease, I am slowly making changes and corrections.  Yes, correcting and making better choices is a slow process, because disease does not manifest overnight and we do not want to stress the body out more than what the body is already going through.

I am still healing and I will always be healing, but my goal is to slow the progression of diabetes and enjoy more of what God's life lessons and plan are for me.   For now, I exist in this vessel to be God's Servant and Scribe.

So, " Don't shoot the messenger".

Back to my story.....

About the Hormone Insulin:

  • Insulin is a hormone that is produced by the pancreas, to keep the glucose levels of the body in balance.
  • Insulin is a growth hormone that initiates the growth of cells, tissue, muscle and bones. It is what makes us grow as children.

Signs of Childhood Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome

Throughout my childhood I showed signs of diabetes, I was bigger than most of the other kids in school. I was not a fat child; I was taller, I had bigger bones and larger glands, notably in the throat and I have a large head.  I can never find a hat to fit my head.

Growing up, I had constant battles with fungal and yeast infections all throughout my body. I'd erupt in painful skin boils in the groin area and on my face, that were slow to heal. I had plantar warts on my toes and fingers.

I had problems with my teeth.  When my adult teeth grew in, I had 1 middle upper tooth and very crooked bottom teeth due to a very small jaw and a narrow upper palate. I had lots of cavities and for many years I endured painful orthodontal corrections for the jaw and the straightening of my teeth.

My son had the same small jaw, narrow upper palate and crooked teeth and his dental and orthodontal path lead him to an addiction at 16 yrs old to pain killers and a fatal overdose of fentanyl at 18 yrs old.  There will be more stories to come about mine and my son's dental traumas and my son's addiction to pain killers.

Actually dental problems such as malformation of the jaw and crooked teeth are due to Malnourishment, ("industrialized people" are an Effect of the Standard American Diet S.A.D., which is a prime example),  as discovered by Dr. Weston A. Price Weston of the Weston Price Foundation.  Malnourishment is a effect for those with metabolic syndrome/ diabetes and carries through genetically in the bloodline and the bloodline of the generations to come.

Let that sink in.

Dr. Weston A. Price (1870-1948), a Cleveland dentist, has been called the “Isaac Newton of Nutrition.” In his search for the causes of dental decay and physical degeneration that he observed in his dental practice, he turned from test tubes and microscopes to unstudied evidence among human beings.   Dr. Price sought the factors responsible for fine teeth among the people who had them–isolated non-industrialized people.   Dr. Weston A. Price

Addicted as a Child

Through my childhood and into my teens I had trouble sleeping, I suffered from depression and consistent constipation. I was thirsty and hungry all the time, I ate and craved sugary candies and sweets, which I'd eat practically every day.

I would take my weekly allowance and spend it on candy,  I took change out of my dads change jar and bought candy on my way to school.  I stole money from my fathers valuable coin collection and bought candy with it!

I put my younger sister through a lot of hell, when dad discovered the missing valuable coins. I spent his mercury dimes for penny and 5 cent candies.  The hurt from the theft and the lies took me along time to live down.  Dad was furious and I lied and said my sister stole them.   In the end, I finally told the truth of what I had done and  I recently asked my sister for forgiveness for the hurt I had caused her. Dad forgave me as any loving father will do.

My sister still reminds me of the trouble I caused, because it was pretty traumatic for her and I understand that.   She has held this bitterness against me for a long time.  This is another story about forgiveness.

I have done my part and asked her for the forgiveness, she is still mad at me after all these years and only time will tell.  I love my sister and my father and I am truly sorry for what I did to her and dad.

So back to my story,  I had an addiction to candy as a child.  I see the pattern of addiction here and as a child between the ages of 8 - 12 yrs old.  I was stealing from my family to support my habit.

My symptoms from the  withdrawal;  I was a very emotional and moody. I’d cry at the drop of a hat or be quick to anger throwing temper tantrums. I was grouchy and grumpy when I awoke in the mornings, Dad would call me a snake and then make a hissing sound, which made matters worse.  I was not happy about life in general.

I had a monkey on my back at an early age and that monkey has stuck around me for a very long time.  I no longer feed that monkey banana's!

Bio-Individuality

  • One size does not fit all, we are all different
  • There are certain principals in nutrition that we must all follow so our body's can greatly benefit.
  • Circumstances, challenges, environment and lifestyle can be a contributing factor of what our particular needs will be
  • Needs are to be met on an individual basis
  • The needs will determine the major influence of what will serve our individual needs.

Epigenetics

  • Our genetics adapt constantly to our environment. Instead of seeing food as calories or fuel, we should see it as information that will reprogram our genes
  • We have the power to change our future. Our future is not predetermined and genes do not have to be our fate.
  • We choose how we will eat and live by choice. We can empower ourselves by living right and make good choices day to day, hour to hour, min to min, etc....
  • We can choose to live righteously and avoid the negative impact of wrong decisions.
  • We are the foundation of the future generations to come.
